Marinating Instructions
Flavor, moisten and tenderize. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 cup per pound of meat, poultry or seafood.
Place food and marinate in bowl or resealable plastic bag, marinate under refrigeration as listed below.
· Fish Filets, Stir-Fry, Small Cutlets - 1-2 hours
· Chops, Chicken Pieces, Steaks -2 - 4 Hours
· Roasts, Leg of Lamb -8 Hours/Overnight
